Promoting Unity in the Doula Community

The rain clouds gathered at the beginning of the afternoon and everyone wondered whether or not Mother Nature would be kind to NEIDA.  But, in the end, she decided to shine some sun down on us. 

There were lots of kids swimming and having a great time, while the adults had the chance to talk about doula life - from the challenges of finding day care to finding out how other doulas run their business.  Everyone had the chance to put names to faces and meet the partners as well.

There was lots of great food and everyone had a wonderful time!
