Corn muffin with angel hair macaroni

- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 chicken bouillon tablet
- salt to taste
- 1/2 angel hair macaroni package
How To Do
Beat all ingredients in a blender for corn to stick to pieces. Take it to a wide-bottomed pan and stir until the bottom unglued. Reserve.
When the dough is cold, make medium balls and tarnish in the macaroni (previously ground). Fry in hot oil.
You can serve in small bowls, mimicking garden pots, and can decorate with a green leaf. It will be a charm!
Palm hearts Patty in Cup
1 cup of tea milk
1 1/2 cups of tea wheat flour
1 coffee spoon of olive oil
1 coffee spoon salt
1 coffee spoon sugar
1 coffee spoon baking powder
1 olive oil
1/2 grated medium onion
6 chopped cherry tomatoes
400 grammes of chopped palm hearts
400 grammes of cream cheese
Grated cheese to taste
How To Do
Add the milk, oil, flour, salt, sugar, eggs and baking powder in a blender. Beat until it is a homogeneous mixture (it must keep the consistency of the pancakes dough). Place the dough in a bowl.
Put the olive oil in a pan and fry the grated onion and pre-chopped cherry tomatoes.
Once the onion is golden, add the palm heart to warm up. Turn off the heat and add the cheese right away. Reserve.
In a porcelain cup of coffee, cover the bottom with some dough. Then add a tablespoon of filling. Cover again with another dough bit. Place a bit of grated cheese on top, bake (preheated for 20 minutes) until golden brown.
