Survey for NEIDA PR Push

Hello Fellow Doula,
As NEIDA strives to meet the Chicago doulas' needs, one of our initiatives is to enhance the work environment of birth doulas when supporting a hospital birth. To aid us in this process, NEIDA is developing targeted public relations materials to area hospitals and/or practices. To do this, we need to gather some specific information about your experiences. Please take a brief survey so we can better develop targeted presentation materials.
As a disclaimer, this information will be shared externally on an anonymous, NEIDA doula level. This information will be used to develop NEIDA related public relations documents and presentations.
